My name is Cynthia Mixon and I am a Learning Experience Designer and eLearning Developer with expertise in creating innovative and engaging content using a variety of authoring tools and creative delivery methods. 

I came to this career field by combining my passions, all of which have been previous careers of mine; art, emerging technology, and teaching. I use my experiences from studying art while teaching underserved youth in Boston, troubleshooting technology, leading “how-to” courses to diverse groups, teaching elementary classes, and forming lifelong learners from a young age, to designing and delivering learning assets for adults to develop their employment skills. Additionally, I’ve created many engaging training programs that empower employees with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in a dynamic, highly regulated industry.

I am deeply passionate about supporting others through instructional design and eLearning development, which is evident in the content I create.

When I’m not focused on content creation, I am a military spouse and a mom to an incredible little human, as well as a cuddly fur baby named Luna. I also enjoy photography, hiking, and embarking on spontaneous adventures with my friends and family.
