Project Brief:

Develop an eLearning course to address company-wide confusion around Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by providing clear, actionable guidance on understanding the OKR framework and writing effective objectives aligned with company goals.

As a learning designer, I:

• Applied Cognitive Load Theory : Broke down complex OKR concepts into clear, actionable steps, ensuring effective learning across diverse departments.

• Conducted Needs Analysis: Collaborated with leadership to identify the knowledge gaps and confusion surrounding OKRs, ensuring the course content was relevant and targeted.
