Context: This eLearning was created to support individuals in a workforce development program. Many of the clients who enroll in the program have little to no experience in the workforce. This training was created to support their understanding of the importance of resumes and how they will help them obtain meaningful and gainful employment.

Challenges: Having observed some of the client meetings, it has come to my attention that many of the learners have little to no experience in the workforce. Many had questions about resumes; why they're important, why do we need them, and where do they begin making htem? Designing the learning in short, interactive, and direct lessons will support a better understanding of the materal.

Solutions: This self-paced introduces the benefits of writing a resume and the information needed for an effective resume. The micro-lessons and graphics make the course easy to navigate and digest the information.

Results: The eLearning was well received by clients in the workforce development department. Many of the clients who enroll in the program have little to no experience in the workforce. This training supported their understanding of the importance of resumes and how they will help them obtain meaningful and gainful employment.
